The sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable, and with his help, we were easily able to make a purchase from their wide selection of furniture. I have bought from them twice. 4 years ago and recently. Their customer service is excellent. They delivered for me next day (on a Sunday). They have nice furniture, and the prices were good. I recommend them and will definitely buy from them again!

The customer service was outstanding. Specifically ,Ray greeted me immediately after I entered the store. He was knowledgeable regarding the inventory of merchandise. I was really impressed that he knew where all the items were in store's 30,000 square foot show room. There was no sales pressure; however,he offered some options after discussing my needs with me. This was my first time in almost 17 years to shop for furniture. Ray put me at ease and made it a great experience. I would recommend this furniture store because of the variety of merchandise and the affordable pricing.

I randomly wandered into this location (they have two) not expecting too much. We ended up purchasing an entire living room full of high-quality furniture! This place is like a treasure trove of quality and unique items. The staff from the salespeople to the movers is very friendly and have great attitudes. Especially Lisa - she went above and beyond to help us feel like VIPs and ensure we had a five-star shopping experience. We will definitely be coming back for any furniture needs. I could not recommend this place enough.

Ricky at Furniture World was an awesome associate. He knew his product and didn’t try to up-sale us. He was pleasant and didn’t press us when we didn’t buy anything outright. When I went back a couple of weeks later, he remembered me and did a deal quickly. It was a good experience.

Furniture world in cool place to go I got some furniture from there the price of a decent the people are really nice and they deliver to your house you'd be surprised by all the nice things they have they have nice beds nice sofa sets nice dining room sets nice rugs nice desk chairs they have desks they have everything you would think that you need in your house to have it there for a cheaper price and wholesale price even low-income price they work with you there so you can leave with something
